Thank you for visiting and shopping at Teefrye. We are committed to delivering our magnetic track sets and sensory busy boards to your family quickly, securely, and reliably. To ensure the highest standard of service, all orders are processed and fulfilled via Amazon Logistics.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses).
*Note: We do not offer direct international shipping from this storefront at this time. For international inquiries, please reach out to our support team.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (FREE on qualifying orders over $35).
• Expedited Shipping: 2 business days (Calculated at checkout).
• Priority Shipping: 1 business day (Calculated at checkout).

3. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are submitted for fulfillment within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or carrier disruptions, shipments may be delayed by a few days, and we will notify you via email.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will update within 24 hours, allowing you to track your package directly via Amazon Logistics or major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Teefrye is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, local taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged items, and contact our customer support team immediately at support@teefrye.com. We will gladly coordinate with the carrier to send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
